I had to rebuild my computer. I purchased v7 a long time ago. How can I get the latest install file?

The latest installation file is available from https://www.family-historian.co.uk/install7

If the computer is not recognised when the installer runs you will need to register the installation online using your original Account details, just as you did when you first installed the software. The licence registration should be accepted automatically unless you have already registered 2 installations, in which case you should be provided with an option to choose which registration you wish to replace.

Yes, unlike earlier versions, with FH V7 the same https://www.family-historian.co.uk/install7 installation file is used by everyone.

What you need is your CP installation account username and password.
If you have lost those then contact CP via http://www.calico-pie.com/osticket/open.php
