For auditing purposes, I've created a custom query to list all my Census Sources, and the matching media record.

I want to include the "Links" & "Pics Etc" columns which appear in the standard Source Record tab, but I'm struggling to find out how.

Any tips (assuming I can do so) would be welcome.

Colin, I think you are referring to the Records Window, Sources tab, Citations and Pics etc columns.
So right-click those column headings and choose Configure Columns...
In the Configure Columns dialogue select the Citations column and click Edit... to see the desired Expression function.
Do the same for the Pics etc column to see its Expression function.
Use those two functions in your Query Column definitions.
You may have to insert the Source record data reference in the bracketed parameter of both functions.

Worked perfectly as always. Annoyingly, I had looked at that section, but had not actually opened the entries to see the Expression functions.
