If I only have MH selected to enable Web Hints, then the small round icon is grey with a small clock shown, which will disappear after a while. (see below for both examples).
If I right click on a row and select Refresh Internet Matches, a blank blue icon shows. When I right click on the row and select View Match Details, it shows MyHeritage matches with 0 pending, 0 confirmed and 0 Rejected. I cannot be sure that this person has any web hints, but there is not a single MyHeritage web hint in my whole project, so I assume the system is not working. There are hundreds of FMP hints. Also, After some time (an hour or so), FH shows an error message saying "MyHeritage service has been stopped. Too many errors. Learn more...", which then takes me here: https://www.family-historian.co.uk/noti ... ge-stopped
I tried all of their recommendations!
Under Customize View, I have MH Enabled and I have what I believe are the proper settings (See clip below).
This is not a new problem. See https://groups.io/g/family-historian/topic/79079713 for another similar problem on a different system.
I am running Windows 10 and am a subscriber to MH. I am not a subscriber to FMP. Also of note; I have FH located on my C drive under C>Users>...MyDocuments and I do not have any files being accessed by FH on an external drive or cloud account. I have tried moving my whole FH file directly on my C Drive (per the recommendation on the other forum) and that did not help. I moved it back to MyDocuments.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would certainly appreciate it!
