... My question is, should the icon online in One Drive be a picture of the 'filing cabinet' as it appears in the screenshot? ...
Just to be explicit, I would say that no, they won't match, as per our previous replies.

Thank you for your help.
As OneDrive has done a reset will now try the medium file and see if that will upload without going into a cycle.

Well I really do not know what is happening or why.
OneDrive has been uploading files and photos most of the afternoon with no problem. I downloaded the gedcom into a new project into FH to make sure that worked and it did.
I shortened the file name of the ONE Name Study to ONS as Mike mentioned the possibility of the file name might be too long. Sent it on it's way and it is now into it's 2nd cycle and still not uploaded.
Even the MS OneDrive Team who I am dealing in India seems at a loss.
I am now going to try uploading a medium file from another project and see if that works.

Joan, did you ever say what Windows version you are running?
Start > Settings > System > About ~ 'Windows specifications' gives all the details.

Hi Mike
I don't think so but it is Windows 10 and it is up to date.
Family Historian version is 7.0.11.
I tried to upload a medium backup from a different project, a slightly smaller file, but different contents. Same thing happened.
I wonder if there was a glitch when Family Historian was upgraded? FH was fine prior to this. My last medium backup was on 19 Mar, a zip file.

You could try reinstalling FH V7. Don't uninstall anything.
Download it afresh from
https://www.family-historian.co.uk/install7 again.
Then right-click that downloaded installation .exe file and choose
Run as administrator even if you are signed in to an Administrator account.
