Customize Property Box Tabs - queries, Census, PLACes and Occupation

Customize Property Box Tabs seems to be in vogue at present, so it got me to thinking:
[1] Is there a way to copy/repeat an item in a TAB? The best I have come up with is to Export the TAB, then use a text editor to copy/paste/amend the lines and adjust the count and item numbers etc, then reload and delete the original.
[2] Not forgetting a Query, Report, Plugin would give a much better result, especially as a line is limited to 2 items, but the TAB is 1 click instant.
[3] Has anyone worked out the "rules" on a "2 item" line regarding spacing (i.e width, min, %)
[4] Height. Variable or Multiple works for a text field, but with a long PLACe does not wrap onto a 2nd line.
[5] PLAC:TIDY (e,g, %INDI.CENS[year=1841].PLAC:TIDY%) does not remove extra commas. Unless I am doing it wrong, it may need reporting to Calico.
[6] I then wondered on the use of the Census Tab. For me it is primarily to quickly see if a census is missing, but why not extend it show all Residences. See attached.
[7] Then I looked at occupation, there are others than for Census so I put them all on 1 TAB including census. See attached.
N.B. *.fhpbt attachments in next post (I think we are limited to 3 per post)
