Citation error in the Source Template Field Definition

I am having a problem designing a custom source template that uses the Citation-specific tick box option in the Source Definition Editor. For some reason, I am only able to assign some of the fields to be citation specific. For the others, It returns an error message when I try to save it, that reads:
"Errors found in templates.
Bibliography Errors: Citation field code not valid in this context: Principal_2".
If I then un-check the Citation-specific check-box, it saves without a problem. This happens for 7 different records (6 of the records are fine with the check-box checked).
Does anyone know why this happens and how do I resolve this issue?

Btw; there is a work-around by changing them to citation specific using the Source Template property box, but that option is Project specific and has to be changed each time I change projects!

Welcome to the FHUG Chris.

Citation-specific fields are not supported by the Bibliography Format, so they are invalid if used in that context.
The two solutions are to change such fields back to Source record or remove those fields from the Bibliography Format.

BTW: You cannot add images by the method you tried. See FHUG Knowledge Base Forum Usage Tips under Attachments.
