FH 7.0.11 update on PlayOnMac problem

I am still running Mojave on my iMac, as I run a couple of 32bit apps. I am running v4.3.3 of PoM as that is the latest that will run on Mojave.

I have just tried to update from FH v7.0.5 to v7.0.11 and am getting the following error message

Anyone else come across this problem?

To make matters worse Oracle / Apple have screwed up the latest VirtualBox release and doing an update has screwed my VM so currently I am not able to run FH :(

According to Family Historian Installation Problems that error message can be caused by a broken download installation file.

Did you download from FH website https://www.family-historian.co.uk/install7 or use FH Help > Check For Updates command?
The former is more reliable.

Thanks for that I was not aware I did try to do the in place download as that is easier than updating a PoM installation. I will try downloading it.

Update:

Tried that and get the same error message :shock:

OK, so maybe some change in the way FH determines the Windows version that does not play well with POM.
