'Save Report As' problem

Post by Treesearcher2 » 22 Feb 2022 17:06

I have just installed v7.0.10 and have noticed an anomaly, If I generate any report, the report shows up OK, then if I click "Save Report As" the usual menu to choose PDF File, Web Page etc. appears but none of these options seem to do anything at all. They were all working before the update. Does any one else have this problem?

The same thing happens for me. Nothing seems to work under Save Report As.

Can one of you (preferably Treesearcher2) report that ASAP to CP via http://www.calico-pie.com/osticket/open.php

It is probably a side effect of the changes they made to the side panel to cater for large fonts.

I have reported this to Calico.

To work around for now, you can simply select the Save Report As> option from the report menu at the top.

Beat me to it, and yes, you can save it from the Report menu but it says 'Save Report as...>' like the button

Also, if the window is small enough or the font is large enough for the More... button to appear in that right-hand pane, then the More... > Save Report As... options all work correctly.

This problem has been fixed in version 7.0.11 which is now available using Check for Updates in the program or from the Calico Pie website.
