This is not a big deal more a loss of a function.
I have been using Win 11 for the past month.
I have File explorer open full screen size, and FH open at a person’s property box - media tab showing the FH icon in the taskbar.
Up until a couple of days ago I used to be able to drag a media item from file explorer on to the FH icon in the taskbar and it would open FH and a pop up box appeared asking if I wanted to add it to the individual media. A quick and easy way to add media.
When I do that now as I hover over the FH icon in the task bar I get a no entry sign (red circle with red diagonal line} and FH does not open. Any ideas why that would have changed?
If I reduce down File Explorer page I can then drag the media item from it into FH full size page so only a minor inconvenience.

Re: Drag and drop media
The Taskbar in Windows 11 seems to be a totally new version and various taskbar features from Windows 10 and earlier are no longer available. There are a lot of complaints about this and it seems likely that Microsoft will add at least some of these features back in with updates later this year. Being able to drag a file to a taskbar icon is one of those missing features.

Tom,
If you are really missing the Drag & Drop to Task Bar features then have a look at https://github.com/HerMajestyDrMona/Win ... TaskbarFix , pending any changes the Microsoft may make in a future Windows 11 Feature Upgrade.
