UNDO sentence excluded from narrative reports
I have tried to search the forum and knowledge base but maybe my key words are wrong. I have a person where the witness to the baptism isn't shown in the baptised persons fact box. Statement of sentence excluded from narrative reports is shown in grayed out box. How do I undo that?

I guess you are talking about the Property Box Facts tab?
For any particular fact, only one item is shown in the Facts tab.
For the principal person, it is their fact that is shown. In your example the Baptism Event.
For the fact witnesses, it is the witness role details.
By comparison, in the Fact Witness Facts tab, the person being baptised is not shown.
However, everyone involved in the fact is easily obtained by double-clicking the fact to show the list of Witnesses.
Sorry, but I don't understand your second question, so please post a screenshot.
Was the answer to your RM8 census data (19892) question satisfactory?

On 2nd thoughts, I wonder if you are talking about the Individual Events/Attributes and Family Events/Attributes selection on the right of the Report > Options > Main tab?
Well, when the All option is enabled, then all facts are included, so no selection is possible, i.e. greyed out.
To make a selection, choose the List Only or Exclude List options, and the feature is enabled.
Click the Help button for full details of all the options and how to use them.
BTW: It helps us understand your problem if you can use the names of features shown on the screen and also tell us the commands you used to reach the problem feature.

Thanks for the quick reply. I apologize for probably not using the correct terms. I've only been with FTH about a week as I moved from RM8. I'm sure I will ask a bunch of dumb questions for awhile.
Your 2nd reply is what I think I did. It was late and I probably couldn't recreate it quickly now but..... the problem is solved and the witness to the baptism, once again shows up.
