* Latest upgrade fails to download

I have Family Historian 7.0.7 running on an Apple Mac using the latest version of Parallels for running Windows 10. This morning when I checked to see if there is a later version of FH I found that 7.0.8 is the latest version so I clicked on "upgrade now" and the box in the screen said "downloading upgrade file..." but nothing happened even after waiting a long time.

I have tried closing Windows down and restarted it and Family Historian and tried to download the upgrade file again. However, each time I try FH says that it is downloading the upgrade file but nothing ever happens. Has anyone else had this problem? Could the FH webserver with the upgrade files be offline?

It is obviously not a major problem since I can carry on using version 7.0.7, but I would like to be able to use the latest version.

Roy, that often seems to happen even in a native Windows system.
So, close FH, and download & install directly from https://www.family-historian.co.uk/install7 which always works.
The FH website & server seem OK.
