I am new to FH and have V7. I am loving the charts function!
When saving an Ancestors-left to right chart as a .jpeg Diagram, ticking 'only black and white' text and lines, and 'no background' all the way through Diagram Options and Save options, I get the chart that I want. When I print it from FH, I have no problems.
However, when I 'insert' that same .jpeg diagram into a Word document (Microsoft 10 on my PC) there is blue 'shading' /background behind the text itself in each individual's box (ie, the whole box is not filled with shading, just around the text itself).
Can someone help please?

I can't reproduce your problem. I presume you first save the chart in FH to a .jpg and then insert this into word. How does the .jpg looks like if you open this as a picture?

Blue shading is normally an indication that something is ‘selected’! Try clicking outside the jpeg, to ‘de-select’ it.

Another option is to use the save as>wmf file and insert that into word. You may also find it useful, to go to diagram>options and select the Minimalist Preset for the box types.
