Hi,
Before I had half an idea about using source citations I'd attached multimedia items to the individuals - eg census images etc.
I'm now wanting to find out ones I linked to Individuals, (which you can do via the Media Window - Media list: all individual media), but I also want to, say, just view those which have 'census' in the title (so I can work my way through all the census before I do eg. births etc.). Using Find in the Media List window seems to find that term in all multimedia objects, not just the Individual linked ones.

How can I do the Individual media items, filtered by word-in-media-record-name?

I think you need a two-stage process.

First, use the Search and Replace plugin with Search Scope set to Multimedia Records (_OBJE).
On the Extra Filters tab ensure that only Record Names/Titles is ticked under Distinctive Fields.
Se the Search to census and use the Search ONLY button, untick Confirm every item and click Report.

That will list all the relevant Media.

Select every Record Name on the left and run the Where Used Record Links plugin.
That will list all Individual records that use those Media at the top (you can ignore the other entries lower down).
