I am new to FH as well as to this forum and have been reading some past posts.

I notice that there is mention of editing the Event Sentence Structure, and wonder if someone could please advise how I can do this.

Did you see my latest answer to your Importing from Legacy (19720) posting?
That may explain your symptoms and with the fix suggested may avoid any Sentence Template changes.
