GEDCOM Export

I am sure this has been answered before but I can't see the wood for the trees. I am working with another individual on our Family Trees that cross over and need to export my tree to them. They are working with Mac FamilyTree, can anyone advise on the best way to export my tree in its entirety to them so they can open my tree.
