I am working in Tools - Work with Data - Places - Used (in numerical order)
10 items have a value of 0
How do I delete them?

Go to

View>Record Lists>Places on the menu.
Alt-Click on Links column header to sort.
Selects each record you want to delete and press the delete key or select Edit>Delete from the menu.
