I am trying to run the backup and restore plugin (just downloaded from the plugin store) when I receive the following error message:
C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Plugins\md5.lua:8:
Attempt to call a nil value (global ‘module’). No changes have
been made to data records
Can you help?
Many thanks

Re: Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings
Try downloading and running the Delete old FH6 Plugin Module Files plugin from the Plugin Store and see if that helps.
The error message refers to the md5 library module that needed to be downloaded for FH V6.2 but is preinstalled in FH v7.0.

Re: Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings
Sorry - another question. I want to use the backup to restore another copy of Family Historian on another PC which had to be reloaded hence lost all context, so I need to know where the backup is stored by the plug-in.
Again, thanks

Re: Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings
When you backup the folder used is shown on the first settings page. I think it defaults to the same folder you use for Project backups.
See the plugin Help for more information.
