I updated to V7 from V6.27 but decided that V7 did not work for my method of research and entering data. I was successful in restoring V6.27 with the patience and excellent instruction from Tatewise - thanks again.
Two things did not seem to return as previously shown. One: there was a line below buried that was for nicknames. As I mostly use the property box, this is particularly useful in searching US census documents as often folks are listed by their nickname or most used name rather than the actual given name. I have not been able to find a way to put that line in the property box.
The other thing that no longer seems to be present is that in activating the source function, the most often used sources would appear first rather than the full list in alphabetical order.
Is there some way to restore these? Any suggestions most gratefully accepted.

Re: Line for Nicknames - order for sources
Presumably, you did not backup your FH v6 customisations and settings before upgrading to FH v7.
If you had then you could simply restore them now and get back all your FH v6 customisations.
To adjust the Property Box Main tab use the cog menu Customise Data Entry.
Untick the Show most commonly-used items only.
Add a <Custom Item> and add the Data Reference for Individual > Name > Nickname.
I'm sure you will remember the details once you get in to the dialogues.
Record lists are usually presented in whatever order they were left at the in the Records Window.
So currently they are in Source Records order.
I can only guess that previously they were in Updated date order that would put the most recently added ones first.
