FHv7 via MS Windows7

Post by Gordon Lloyd » 09 Apr 2021 11:04

I currently use FHv6 via MS Windows v7. I am considering upgrading to FHv7 but, at present, wish to stay with MS Windows v7 rather than v10 (so that I can still refer to my data on TMG). Can anyone please assure me that FHv7 will operate ok via MS Windows v7. I have searched relentlessly but can find no reference to this very basic question. Any help would be much appreciated.

There are a number of gotchas using V7 on Windows 7 -- for example, did you upgrade your system to the very latest updates before the Windows 7 update servers went away? If you didn't, you may run into trouble.

I recommend asking Calico Pie at http://support.calico-pie.com/open.php to get the full story.
