.pdf - failure to print to folder.

Post by GILLJIM »

I updated to 7.0.3, at the weekend and had cause to print to my FH projects folder and found that an error occurred. I subsequently checked that pdf Nova 7.7.4 was up to date too. Prior to this update, everything worked fine. Still no joy. I have raised a notification to FH help desk, but wondering if anyone else is having a problem.

Sorry to be a pain but could you please update your Profile to the right of your postings to say Family Historian: V7

What is it you are Saving As > PDF File (.pdf)? Is it a Diagram or a Report or what?

Are they definitely using the Family Historian PDF printer?

I am having the same issue, every time I save a diagram to PDF I get parts of it, very rarely the whole diagram, sometimes just 1 box? I can't see what issue is. Used to work fine.

Ignore my comment, as it is now working fine, but I did have a windows update yesterday, so I presume that fixed it. I will have to check what was done.
