How to record church or other donations by ancestors

In a parish marriage register I am looking at, the first four pages consist of handwritten lists of monetary donations by villagers for "paying Mr Valentine's bill for attending those sick persons in the Parish who do not come under the denomination of paupers" and resultant expenditure, together with donations of or for the purchase of blankets and coats, presumably for the same.
Amongst the lists of contributors are several of my ancestors, some of whom have made more than one contribution of each type, and I would like to record those facts in FH.
I'm just wondering what would be the best way of handling this? A custom fact, I assume, but having searched the forum I haven't found anything relevant to similar circumstances and am hoping that some of you may be able to offer advice or an opinion?
