How to do it?
Kind regards

Re: Married date in list
To find Marriage information you need to look in the relevant FAMS (Family as Spouse):
e.g. for the Marriage date of the first marriage of an individual.
e.g.
Code: Select all
%INDI.FAMS[1]>MARR[1].DATE%Helen Wright

Ok, thanks, i have found it now. I wasn't aware that i had to search so deep
. I looked under events and couldn't understand, why it wasn't there.
Is there some article that described how to find and make those expressions. I have "Getting the most....", but there is no list or deeper description.
Kind regards

Understanding Data References s a good starting point for Data References, and Understanding Functions for functions. And Understanding Expressions on how to combine them to make expressions.

Re: Married date in list
I think Klaus is having trouble understanding why the data ref has to go through FAMS to find MARR.
The important point is that most Facts are Individual facts (blue bullet in Facts tab) whereas some Facts are Family facts (red bullet in Facts tab), i.e. Marriage and Divorce.
In Tools > Fact Types, those two types of fact are shown as Individual and Family facts.
So when starting from an Individual record as in an Individual Query most facts are listed under Events and Attributes but Family facts need the Family as spouse or Family as Child links to be opened to find the Family Events.
