Why are baptism and burial fact sentences being truncated in narrative reports?

An example of this problem.
I have a Baptism fact. Date: 1 May 1909 Place: Black Notley, nr Braintree, Essex
And a Burial fact. Date: 21 Dec 1976 Place: St Peter ad Vincula Anglican, Coggeshall, Essex
The descendants narrative report produces these sentences (I have not amended the standard fact sentences).
She was baptised on 1 May 1909 in Black Notley.
She was buried on 21 December 1976 in St Peter ad Vincula Anglican.
Do you know why the places are truncated please - it does not happen for births and deaths.
Is it me doing something wrong or FH?
Thanks
Ian
