Post by Gary Carson » 16 Jan 2021 01:02

The word Call Number: appears in Footnote and Bibliography of Generic V6 source citations. How can I modify/delete.

It seems that Prepared Citation has a Source > Repository > Call Number field (SOUR.REPO.CALN) but it has no value.

Check that Source Record Id 418 and on its All tab ensure that field is deleted.

The Footnote and Bibliography templates for generic Sources like that are in Tools > Preferences > Sources and then the Generic Source Formats... button. Select Footnote or Bibliography at the top and tick View Format at the bottom.
The Call Number component is <Call Number: {%SOUR.REPO.CALN%}>
But if %SOUR.REPO.CALN% does not exist then the <conditional> section should be excluded.
