I have found that I cannot determine which of two ancestors in the 1790s is on my line.
What is the best way to add them to FH?
Construct what I can for both of them and wait until one becomes the front runner?
The problem I see with that is how to show their existence in a Focus view.
OR. Construct both lines and then attach one to the family and have some kind of visual indication that it is an uncertain join and there is a choice.
OR is there another, better way?

Re: Two possible ancestors
You can add as many parents as you like to an Individual.
In the Focus Window, the parents are shown with small black triangular up/down buttons on the left that allow you to cycle through the parents.
You will need to use Notes and record Flags, etc, to indicate their status.
On the All tab, for any Parents Family entry there is an optional Status field with values Challenged, Disproven, Proven.
