Family Historian User Group

Just spent 2 hours trying to remove "Produced by Family Historian" from a book. I did it in V6 but cannot remember how or where. How do you do it V7. Thanks.

In the Edit Book dialogue use Book Settings button at bottom, Page Layout tab, and edit Footer ~ Right-aligned Text.

The other method is in the Edit Book dialogue click the Help button.
Scroll down and review the Fields where at the bottom it says:

Book Settings Opens the Book Settings Dialog, which is used to specify Source information, fonts, heading styles, headers, footers, layout, privacy settings, language, and more. These settings apply not just to one item, but to the book as a whole.

In the Book Settings Dialogue the only likely tabs for Footers are The Format Tab and The Page Layout Tab.
The former redirects you to the latter for Footers and that is where you find the solution.
