Just 'unsuccessfully' tried to add an individual 'face frame link' from image which I have added to Individual Media page using method I have used successfully for several years on v.6.2?. It does not appear in Descendants by Generation narrative report or individual window?

Have you changed the method of downloading a face frame link on the new version 7?. If so could you please let me know the new procedure, thank you

We have not changed anything because we are the FH User Group.
Also, I don't think Calico Pie have changed the way Link to Face frames works.

I have just added a Media and Link to Face frame in FH V7 and it appears OK in all Reports.
However, in FH V6 if you had the Report open and added a Link to Face frame it automatically appeared in the Report.
Now in FH V7 you have to use the upper right Refresh Report button to display database changes.

It also may need you to click in another field to update the Focus Window media image display.

Thank you for reassuring me that nothing has changed and I will try 'Refresh Report' button.

Managed to transfer image into record OK but for some reason after accepting the cropped 'Frame Link' in proportion selected it appears in the Descendants by Generation report as a VERTICAL ELONGATED DISTORTION showing only a small proportion of my descendants image? Any ideas why this might have happened- tried several time with the same result?

Presumably, the Link to Face frame image displays correctly in the Focus Window and the Media tab?
In the Report, try using the Report > Options... > Pictures tab and Restore Defaults button.

If that does not help then please attach screenshots of the Focus Window, the faulty Report, and the Pictures tab.
