* Free upgrade to V7

I bought V 6.2.7 in June 2020, with a free upgrade to V 7. I have saved the Registration Code, but when I tried to download the upgrade (with the RC cut & pasted) a message says the RC does not exist. Could someone please tell me how to get the upgrade? Thanks.

Who did you buy V6 from -- if it was a reseller such as S&N you need to order the upgrade through them. If it was from Amazon, they never offered a free upgrade.

Did you go to the Calico Pie Store and order FH V7 where you can claim your free download with the FH V6 RC.
You cannot simply download the 30-day free trial and enter your FH V6 Registration Code.
