I wasn’t thinking necessarily of Save in a property box, but when creating a new source, a Save button came into it somewhere, else I’m getting senile

Yeah... missed that, but I would do because I always start without a default project, working on several projects at the same time...
Edit. But, so far, only tested two projects, it still seems to work if you 'unset' a default project from those settings after you've given it one to begin with. Happier bunny.

Yes in FH. Can you do it in this user group? Or allow it to let me use English instead of American spelling/grammar?

Nothing stopping you using use English instead of American spelling/grammar, if you configure your browser properly. Mine (Chrome) is set to use English (United Kingdom).

Not sure why you think Auto-Save applies in these forums -- You have to choose Save Draft or Submit when posting.

No problem with autosave here. This is a piece of software which does require you to commit before saving or sending. Which is how it should be. Only cross with irritating spelling and grammar suggestions as a default status.

As I said, that depends on your browser and its configuration. The Board defaults to British English, but we can't reach out and reconfigure your browser.

Grammar checking is only something I get when I enable Grammarly.
BTW: I think "that does" and a comma after reply are correct.
"At this very moment in this reply" is I think a preposition phrase saying when and where.
"something is saying ..." is potentially a sentence in its own right, so a comma between it and the leading phase is good.

So what are you saying here, you only check information input if you have a save button? If you think that autosaving would cause data input errors, why would you think that clicking a save button would be any different. Surely one of the things you are arguing against (red lines under a spelling mistake) would help with spotting errors/misspellings and it is surely better to have a spelling mistake that you can go back and change than a whole lot of nothing if you forget to save or have a computer/program crash. As I said in my last comment just use the x button as your save button.
