Renaming a Project

Post by peterbel » 25 Nov 2020 11:50

I have restored a Full Backup and it has given me a "Complete FH (2)" project for the restored folder and data names, because the original in the Project folder.
I want to keep the (2) version as the only version. Can I safely rename it and the folder name without the (2), if I delete/rename the original, or is there a better way?

Yes, use the File > Project Window and the More Tasks... options to safely Copy/Delete/Rename any Project.
Select the name of the Project you want to change before invoking those options otherwise they are greyed out.

Do NOT use Windows File Explorer to perform those operations.
