I am trying to create a custom text scheme for my charts
I have added various fields and been able to re-order them as required - but I want to remove some of the fields and I cannot do this.
There is, I believe, supposed to be a left pointing arrow which is clicked after highlighting the item to be removed.

It simply does not appear on my text edit box.
There is only the right pointing arrow which adds items to the new text scheme.

Help, please

Yes Peter, just to be different, the Edit Text Scheme dialogue does not have a < remove button, but instead at the bottom right has an X Delete button.

BTW: I hope you used the Clone... button to create your custom Text Scheme from a standard Text Scheme.
That way you keep the standard Text Scheme in its Installation Settings state as a reference.

If you need to get to that state, then use Clone... now on your customised Text Scheme.
Then Edit... the standard Text Scheme you have edited and click the Installation Settings button and OK.
