Report for a Named List?

Post by E Wilcock »

I have a named list of about 85 people. I want to send their details to someone who doesnt use Gedcom. I want to send details with their parents, spouses and children (if any) and census entries which would normally be in an individual report.
A list report doesnt give complete information.
Is there any way of editing the list report to include all details?

I suggest you don't really want a Named List report but a standard Report for the people in the list.

So choose a suitable Report, probably Family Group Sheet is best as that gives full spouse & child details.
Then in the Select Records dialogue on the Named Lists tab choose your Named List and click >> Add All button.

You can customise the Report to include only the facts you want.
However, only summary details are provided for the parents, but that may be enough.

An alternative would be an Individual Narrative Report.
