Smart Matches

Post by ColinH » 30 Aug 2020 20:52

I was getting smart matches from FindMyPast, with whom I have a subscription. However, now I only get smart matches from MyHeritage. I checked my settings for Internet Data Matches and there is no longer a choice - it's MyHeritage or nothing. Does anyone know why this is?

Thanks

I don’t know the answer, but FYI, my matches were working with FMP earlier today. So its not FMP!

Colin, normally it is NOT possible to remove FindMyPast or MyHeritage from the Internet Data Matches dialogue.
Both Provider entries are always listed with Automatic Matching either Enabled or Disabled.
So I do not understand how "there is no longer a choice".
Could you please post a screenshot.
