Merging two trees

I'm sure this must be covered somewhere in the knowledge base but I can't find it.
I imported a GEDCOM of my tree when I first got the programme but decided to start the same tree from scratch so I could learn how things work without messing up the original. But, I got carried away, as you do, and added lots and lots of sources and information that may or may not be on the original imported GEDCOM version. So now I have 93 individuals in the 'learning tree' and 230 in the original version. I feel I should merge them together before I go any further so I can add to the existing information rather than inputting everything from scratch.
What is the best way to do this?
I did make a start by opening the File > Merge/Compare option but when it asked me to Select the Family Historian Project File I didn't know where to look for it. Failed at the first hurdle!!
