You can use Edit > Find and Replace and select Match Case.

Yes, that is a reasonable method, i.e. you use the Change Case > Capitalize Each Word command.
There is no way to do it automatically within FH.

With Edit > Find and Replace you still have to type in the mixed case text.
So if you know where the text is, that saves nothing.

I guess I misunderstood the question.

I thought using the FH Find and Replace command would be quicker than copying the text in FH, starting a word processor, pasting it into the word processor, changing the text to mixed case, copying the changed text in the word processor, and pasting it back into FH.

This plugin will convert the current contents of the Clipboard to capitalize case e.g

NETHERLANDS (DUTCH SUBJECT) --> Netherlands (Dutch Subject)

and

If you download and install you can then open it from the Tools>Plugins menu. You can also use the More button to add it to the tools menu to have quick access to it. It's silent and will simply return the string to the clipboard for you to paste.

Bill, with Find and Replace (using the example) the user must type Netherlands (Dutch Subject) in one box and copy to other.
Presumably, the user has already located the upper case version and could over-type it with Netherlands (Dutch Subject) that is even quicker.

However, I suspect that is just an example and the user will want a variety of Change Case options such as Sentence case, lowercase, Capitalize Each Word, etc, for various text entries or even a mixture for different parts of one text entry.
i.e. Some parts of the text need to be lowercase but a section in the middle needs to Capitalize Each Word as it is a title.

So I do wonder whether even a Plugin or two or three for the various options will be any easier.
