Are there Keyboard shortcuts to emulate mouse clicks

Assuming that the touchpad on my laptop fails, as it has done before, are there any keyboard shortcuts that can be used instead of the 'click in a field' to set the cursor focus. For example, I know that to open the Automatic Source Citation I can use F10, T,A, but how can I get the cursor into the 'Enter Source Title field? and, once there, how can I get to the Enable Automatic Source Citation button?
Another scenario: I have an individual property box open with docked Source box. I have found I can use Ctrl-U, Ctrl-I, Ctrl-D to open the sources at the filter entry box, but how can I get into the list of sources returned by the filter, then to use the spacebar to select the source, how do I get to the OK button?
I have checked the Help:Keyboard and Mouse Shortcuts and do not see a solution.
Are there solutions that I cannot find?
I hope that with version 7, there are keys that allow one to operate without a touchpad or mouse.
