Reports (ISR & FGS) - when Attribute Value is empty

I've noticed a minor issue in Individual Summary Reports and Family Group Sheets where an Attribute has nothing in its Value field. See the screenshot for an example from the sample project using an Education attribute.

When the Value field is empty (in this example, it could be that the town is known but not the name of the school), a placeholder (-;[space]) appears before the Place. Is there any way of hiding this, so that the report shows just the Place without any preceding characters or spaces?

I haven't found anything on this in the report options, or in Help or the Knowledge Base. The only thing I can think of is to set up a parallel custom Event for Education and use this if I can't enter a Value.

(Or might this be something to put on the back burner until we know what's in v.7?)

Interesting!
It is the hyphen (-) that is the place-holder for the missing Attribute value.
The semi-colon (;) space is the usual separator.
You can make it a bit less obtrusive by entering a space as the Attribute value and that replaces the hyphen (-).

Otherwise, I am not aware of any other customisation.

I suggest you report it to Calico Pie now, as I've had several reports recently accepted as probably to be fixed in V7.

BTW: You could Save Report As > Word-Processor Document (RTF) and edit in a word-processor to remove the -; space.

Thanks, Mike - I've reported it to Calico Pie.
