* Internet Data Matches not showing

Hello users and anyone else,
I was using Family Historian version 6.2.7 a few days ago.
Searching for more data the Internet Data Matches was in use to help me.
Then various jobs had to be done on the computer updates etc, nothing directly associated with Family Historian (FH).
Later I went back to FH and the display of Internet Data Matches was blank.
Now a few days later I still cannot get to see the results.
If I click on the menu button and select External Web Browser it shows although I have to login to FindMyFamily to use it.
How can I get my picture back for Internet Data Matches.

When you open your file does it show the word "Project" at the top, if not you may be opening the wrong file or someone may have moved files around within the Project folder when working on your computer.

Hello Jane,
Yes, I am working on a project. In fact the problem occured whilst the program was open.
I am on my own and no files were moved by myself.

Checkout how_to:internet_data_matches|> Internet Data Matches especially the last paragraph of Record Matching and firstly try the Write Reg IE Shell Version Plugin as sometimes Windows Updates alter the IE Shell Version for FH in the Windows Registry which causes exactly your symptoms.

Hello Jane,
Read instructions of Knowledge Base > Internet Data Matches.
It worked. Obviously it must have been an update that got installed whilst I was using Family Historian.
