Restoring a zip back up file

Post by WBFamHist » 05 Jun 2020 18:07

I seem to have lost the FH file I am working on but I know there is a zip copy in the back up file. My basic question is how can I restore a zip file. I can't seem to find the answer in the knowledge base unless I am looking in the wrong place. Thank you.

In what way 'lost the FH file'?
To recover from such failures needs as much information as you can supply about the symptoms.
Do you mean you have lost all Projects from the File > Project Window or what?
What type of ZIP copy have you got? If it is only a GEDCOM backup then it won't help much.
