Text Alignment in Notes Panel

Post by Rhoda » 25 Feb 2020 12:44

I have developed a problem with text alignment in the "Notes" panel on the "Facts" tab in the Property Box.

Typing has suddenly changed to appearing from right to left as I type and the small scroll down arrow has moved to the left hand side of the panel.
If this were a Word Document I would be able to change the alignment but cannot see how to do so in FH.

Once again Thank You.

I suspect you may have entered a foreign character or symbol whose language normal reading direction is right to left.
Try deleting any unusual looking characters, or delete everything. Does normal operation resume?

I have to admit that having tried some foreign characters although they read right to left, they are still left-aligned.
So now not sure what is forcing text against right margin.

Thank you for replying. I moved away to work elsewhere in FH and, having returned, find that the problem has rectified itself and the pane has returned to normal. All the text, however, has been deleted.
