Tamura lists the apps using Gedcom 3 years ago here: https://www.tamurajones.net/ARealDatabase.xhtml and opines that fH is the only one to have made the right choice.

A more recent GEDCOM based product is https://www.ancestris.org/ which is free and runs on Windows, MacOS & Linux but needs Java RTE.
