Hiding line wording in reports if no data present

Post by WBFamHist » 30 Dec 2019 11:27

I am wondering if it is possible to hide (omit) wording in reports if no data is present in that field. For example in an Individual Summary Report, where it includes the lines "Father" and "Mother", is it possible to omit these lines if no names are known for them. Thanks.

Yes, click the Options button to the right of the report. On the Contents tab under Main Section Items (in order) scroll down to Parents (first set) which by default will be set to Show Even if Empty. Select this line then click the Edit button just above it and set it to Show if not empty.
