That field on the Individuals tab can not be changed as far as I know.
What I did was add a new column which I called Full Name. I defined it as INDI.NAME:ADORNED_FULL. This column shows any prefix or suffix with the name. It does not show nicknames. I'm not sure if that is possible.

You can add Nickname. Right click on the column headings, select Configure Columns and a popup will appear, go to the bottom of the list and select <Other...> a pop up will appear, give it a heading then use Insert Data Ref and find Nickname (or enter %INDI.NAME[1].NICK% as the expression). You can reorder the columns in Configure Column window using the up or down arrows.
Hope that helps.

Re: How to add Nicknames & Suffix to the names in this view
The important point is that the first column in every tab on the Records Window is the Name/Title of the Record.
If you click the [+] next to the record to expand its fields, then value of the Name or Title field is usually what appears in that column. There are a couple of exceptions for Family and Note records. The 1st column cannot be customised.
As has been explained you can add custom columns to show whatever details you like.
Combining the two suggestions below, the following expression will show the full name with Prefix, Suffix, etc, and conditionally add the Nickname prefixed by AKA.
=Text( %INDI.NAME:ADORNED_FULL% . CombineText( " AKA ", %INDI.NAME.NICK%, , ) )
