In the focus window in the top left corner I would like to see the persons fully adorned name, ie
Prefix First Middle “Nickname” Last Suffix
Can this be changed to this format easily?

The format of the name in the focus window can not be modified.
The best you can do is display the adorned name in the property box caption.
I have attached a screen shot of what my property box caption looks like. I don't use the adorned name, but the concept is the same.
To customize this go to Tools > Preferences > Property Box > Captions... and change the Individual: value to use the name options including Name:ADORNED.
