I know that you can keep information private by using [[ ]], but how can I keep 'some' photos private?

I definitely don't want all to be private, but there are a few which I want to keep in my database, but not have print on any reports, be part of any webpage or export. (I have searched and searched to see if this has been a question or topic, but I think the words are just too common).

Each media has one or more links, and each link can be marked 'Exclude from' a variatey of things. Go to he Links tab on the media record and click on a link to see the option towards the botton right.
