Installing software when no DVD drive installed

I currently use V5 and will ultimately upgrade to 6 - the total cost of that along with numerous other applications is high, so needs to wait.

A new PC has arrived and I need to move across to that, however it is an ultralight unit without a DVD drive and I do not at present have a USB connected drive.

What is the easiest way to install FH on the new PC? Copy the files from the drive to a memory stick and install? Or is there a security layer that will stop it?

Any hints please.

Thanks in advance

Presumably you purchased V5 on CD, just copy the contents of the CD to a USB stick and use that to install the program.

Thanks Jane,

Nice and simple. Just that some applications are not that easy and you need to create an ISO file of the CD, then run another reader to launch the ISO, ... so I am just check with quite a few applications/programmes.

And yes, it is V5 on CD with the code.

Thanks Mike, yes I had seen that, the "problem" which will not be, is getting FH onto the new PC first!

The new PC is unbelievably small - Dell XPS 13" with a power supply that is probably 50mm square and 15mm thick!
