married names in records list

Hi. I am having another go at getting to grips with FH6 having been using FH since it was first brought out. I know I used to see a column in the records window for the married names of women, possibly listed as Spouse, but I can't understand why this is no longer showing or work out how to get it back. It makes life much easier when looking at a list of people in my tree with the same name (oodles of them!) if I can identify them by their wife's maiden name.
I can get to the box where I can select which columns show in my records window but how do I find the option I want (and where did it go to?). Any help always gratefully received.

Another option is simply to tick the option for Filters to include the married name in the filter.

Heather, how long ago was that
Spouse column of yours working?
Was it before the
clean install of Windows 10 (15969) in June 2018?
If so, then you need to understand how to preserve your custom settings (separate from your Project backups).
If you only have a few then see how_to:move_settings|> Move Family Historian Settings and Projects and pick out the technique for your few customisations.
Otherwise, if you have many, as it says there, use the
Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings Plugin.

Thank you so much. As usual you have come up trumps very promptly for me. I followed your diagrams Jane and was very happy to have the names back again.
I do rather think it was after my clean install that things went awry, Mike, and it doesn't help when I have long periods of not using FH on a regular basis and I forget how to do things. I have never really mastered the intricacies of such a powerful programme and even though I have bought he official guide I still can't always work out everything for myself. I haven't ever looked at filters option so I must investigate them and also learn how to save my settings.
Thanks again for your help.
