HI All
I'm not new to FH but don't use many of the features.
I have extensive notes about individuals, is there a way I can print or save these notes to a document? Even better if I can print notes for a family.
TIA

Re: printing notes
It rather depends on which Note fields you are interested in, as there are so many.
Do you mean the Property Box > Main tab Note: box for Individual and Family records?
They are also listed on the Notes tab with a blue bullet, or red bullet, and also a yellow folder icon for shared Note records.
(But not the ones with a calendar icon, which are Fact Notes.)
They can all be printed using Publish > Miscellaneous Reports > Individual Record Notes.
This assumes you want only Notes printed and nothing else.
If you want the Notes for several people then choose them in the Select Records dialogue after using the above command.

Re: printing notes
Another method is to simply use the Publish > Narrative Reports > Individual Narrative and once you have selected the people you want, make sure to go into Options and tick all the Note options in dialogue under the options button.
This will include not only your notes, but any facts and additional information you have recorded.
