As FH6 does a backup on exit, I've now accumulated a large number of backup files. Rather than accessing the data folder with File Explorer, and manually deleting the old backup files occasionally, is there a facility to housekeep automatically, eg, to keep the last three backups and purge the older ones?
thanks
Simonides.

If you wanted to write a plugin, it would not be too bad to write, just read through the folder and delete the oldest ones.

Re: Can FH6 housekeep old backups?
There is no automatic housekeeping of backups.
There may be occasions where users want to keep older backups, so FH makes no assumptions about what to keep/delete.
However, when the Backup on exit shows the Enter Backup File Name dialogue, you can Delete any old Backup files, before you Save the current Backup file, and that avoids using File Explorer separately.
