Family Historian User Group

I have been inactive for some time and still have v3.1 in use. I have just downloaded v6. Should I uninstall v3 before installing v6?

No, there is no need to uninstall V3.1.

Many new features have been added since V3.1, so I suggest you study how_to:key_features_for_newcomers|> Key Features for Newcomers.
In particular, the Project structure has been added.

Plugins have been added as described in plugins:index|> Family Historian Plugins.
Fact Witnesses, Mapping, Place records, and much more have been added.

Please update your Family Historian Version in the Profile to the right of your posting.
Click your username KSS top right of this web page and choose User Control Panel.
Then on its Profile tab, select Family Historian Version 6.2, and scroll down to click Submit.
